JazzBuffalo And Road Less Traveled Productions Present The 2016/2017 Jazz Series

Rltp Jazz_Image2JazzBuffalo, a non-profit organization dedicated to building jazz awareness and audience appreciation for jazz in Greater Buffalo, is excited to announce a partnership with Road Less Traveled Productions to present a new Jazz Series.  The new Jazz Series will be presented over the course of the 2016-2017 season and feature a variety of the stellar jazz talents in the Greater Buffalo community.  The Jazz Series is dedicated to returning jazz to the theatre district of downtown Buffalo. 

The Jazz Series will take place on scheduled Wednesday evenings throughout the production run of the Road Less Traveled Productions season.  This fall, seven Wednesdays are scheduled.  The Jazz Series will kick-off on September 14th with Phil DiRe and Friends with special guest Bobby Militello. 

Other jazz artists and groups scheduled to perform throughout the series thus far include Phil DiRe and Friends, The Greg Millar Quartet, The Mary McMahon Project, Carina and the Six String Preacher, Mark Marinaccio and Friends, and Rochester jazz vocalist Cindy Miller.  Additional artists and groups will be scheduled through the fall and spring 2016-2017 season.

Performances will begin at 7 pm in the ornate lobby of the Road Less Traveled Production Theatre located at 500 Pearl Street near Tupper Street.  Tables and seating will be available, as well as, a lobby bar for refreshments.  A modest admission fee of $10 per person gains entrance to each jazz performance.
