At the recent annual membership renewal event for existing members and new members, Dawn-Berry Walker, President of the Pappy Martin Legacy Jazz Collective, announced the 2018 line-up for the July jazz festival.
The Pappy Martin Legacy Masten Jazz Festival will be on Sunday, July 22nd and Sunday, July 29th this year. The festival will feature local and international jazz artists from nearby and afar. The line-up is as follows:

The festival is free and open to the public. It takes place on the grounds of the Buffalo Science Museum. The festival each year honors the legacy of the long-time jazz artist from Buffalo, Pappy Martin.

At the membership event, Dawn Berry-Walker also announced the formation of the Pappy Martin Legacy Jazz Collective. The name change resulting from the multiple programs now originating from the Pappy Martin Legacy Jazz Society. The following entities and programs are now considered as part of the Pappy Martin Legacy Jazz Collective:
