The traditional start of summer activities begins with Memorial Day weekend. It is also a time to remember the many who sacrificed their lives for our country. On this holiday weekend, Buffalo gets visits from the north and from the south. Spicing up the music of jazz! From the north, we get a visit from one of the most promising and energizing groups in North American jazz, The B’s Bees. From the south, we get a visit from the long-time New Orleans vocalist, Leif Pedersen.

New Orleans Vocalist Leif Pedersen with M.O.B.B.B. Big Band
Leif Pedersen hails from New Orleans and lives in Slidell, LA. He has been a big band singer for almost 40 years and spent a half dozen of those years as the featured vocalist with Buddy Morrow’s Tommy Dorsey Orchestra.
