I imagine for many expats, the resurging city of Buffalo may catch some by surprise.  For others, it is becoming a familiar welcomed experience each visit home.   One scene that has been resurging the past couple of years is the jazz scene here in Greater Buffalo.  The variety of jazz continues to expand.  Offering jazz music from the traditional to the eclectic.
