In existence for 10 years, My Cousin Tone is noted for its’ well-rehearsed and unique arrangements. The band is the winner of the most recent JazzBuffalo Poll for Favorite Large Ensemble Jazz group in the region. JazzBuffalo hosts Nixon, Croft & Goretti Celebrate the Mansion On Delaware Avenue, July 20th at 5:30 pm to 8:15 pm. Nixon, Croft and Goretti is a modern jazz piano trio dedicated to original compositions, as demonstrated by their debut album IN CONGRUENCE (2021). The group features pianist/composer Andrew Nixon, bassist Ed Croft and drummer Joe Goretti.

We will be reliant on in-kind donations to help support jazz music this summer into fall as we were last summer. So far, we have jazz music available 4-5 days of the week and possibly more. You can make in-kind suggested donations of $5-$10 per event attended to:

We are more dependent now on musicians and venues submitting their events to JazzBuffalo to appear on the calendar. The Pappy Martin Legacy – Masten Jazz Festival returns after a one-year hiatus due to the pandemic. We’ll be able to gather once again at the side lawn of the Buffalo Museum of Science for two consecutive Sundays! Special jazz stars will be visiting Buffalo and the jazz festival on Sunday, July 25.
