The Historic Both Sides Of Joni: A Jazz Tribute To Joni Mitchell Comes To Buffalo For One-Show Only
This coming week, Buffalo will participate in a historic special project that celebrates the American Pop Music icon, singer/songwriter Joni Mitchell. “Both Sides of Joni,” a project created by jazz pianist, composer, and arranger Monika Herzig and jazz vocalist Janiece Jaffe, reimagines the songs of Joni Mitchell through inventive jazz arrangements. Joining the project is the award-winning jazz vocalist Alexis Cole. A special visit to Buffalo this is!

This year, the annual International Jazz Day falls on Sunday, April 30th. And, we are going to celebrate with a unique Jazz Trio Festival and a special appearance by the Lindsey Holland Unit! We will make this a $20 full-day entrance to the auditorium and accept donations that day as well. Come and spend this day with the JazzBuffalo Community!
