JazzBuffalo and The Hunt Art Gallery Present: ‘Art Meets Jazz’ in NYC-Style Gallery Experience

Exploring the Fusion of Art and Jazz in the Historic Brisbane Building and Beebe’s at the Gallery

JazzBuffalo and The Hunt Art Gallery announces an unparalleled artistic and musical experience with the launch of “Art Meets Jazz at Beebe’s at the Gallery.” This exclusive event is a second collaborative initiative by Tony Zambito, producer of the acclaimed Art of Jazz Series hosted by the Buffalo AKG Art Museum, and Peter Hunt, a distinguished Art of Jazz Series sponsor. Both believe the unique event promises to invigorate Downtown Buffalo with a lively mixture of life, art, music, and cultural excellence.

Christina Buscarino, the Gallery Manager for the Hunt Art Gallery and Event Manager for Beebe’s at the Gallery, states, “We are extremely excited to welcome people to experience such a unique event at the new Beebe’s at the Gallery, explore the Hunt Art Gallery, and indulge in an exciting evening of art and jazz in downtown Buffalo.”

Set in the heart of the iconic Brisbane Building, the Hunt Art Gallery and Beebe’s at the Gallery, located at the corner of Washington Street and Lafayette Square, will host this extraordinary series of ‘Art Meets Jazz’ events in 2024. The series aims to provide a unique fusion of artistic inspiration and musical creativity, unlike anything seen before in Buffalo.

The Brisbane Building, an architectural gem in the heart of Buffalo, is currently undergoing a significant renovation spearheaded by Peter Hunt. “Art Meets Jazz” adds to JazzBuffalo’s commitment to fostering community engagement and revitalization through innovative collaborative events. These unique gatherings seek to invigorate the local scene downtown and celebrate the city’s artistic and architectural heritage by intertwining jazz with the rich tapestry of Buffalo’s arts and culture.
