Every year, on April 30th, the world comes together to celebrate International Jazz Day in 150 countries. JazzBuffalo is excited to bring our community together for the 6th Annual International Jazz Day Celebration at Seneca One Lobby. We hope you can join us to share your passion for jazz with others, watch the live broadcast of the All-Star Global Concert on the big screen, enjoy live music by My Cousin Toné, and reignite the spirit of jazz in our vibrant jazz city.

We encourage the community of ardent fans and ALL JAZZ MUSICIANS to untie in the Seneca One Lobby!

Join us for our 6th Annual International Jazz Day Celebration at Seneca One in the Tellers Looby and Bar. It will be a time of enjoying the jazz sounds of “Straight Ahead with My Cousin Toné” and engaging in the social community of celebrating jazz as Tellers Bar will be open. And, beginning at 6 pm, we will stream the live broadcast of the All-Star Global Concert from Morocco this year. It will feature some of the most recognizable names in jazz! So join us and your fellow fans in the JazzBuffalo Community in watching it on the big screen in the Seneca One Lobby!

The dates are all set for Jazz at Richardson. Three spectacular concerts at the Richardson-Olmsted Campus! and the Buffalo Jazz Festival! The summer locale will feature Maria Sebastian’s fabulous Songbook show, crowd favorite Wendell Rivera Latin Jazz Ensemble, and a visit from one of the top Hammond B3 jazz artists in the past three decades, Tony Monaco. This Saturday, JazzBuffalo and Pausa Art House are thrilled about teaming up to welcome two-time Grammy®️ Nominee Raul Midón to Buffalo for the first time. The show sold out a few weeks ago, thanks to the wonderful support of the JazzBuffalo Community. It’s a testament to the enthusiasm for jazz in our great city.

Our inaugural four-part Art Meets Jazz Series turned out to be an incredible gathering of the community, centered around the concept of bringing life, art, music, and unity to downtown Buffalo. A warm thank you to everyone who attended and took part in what essentially was an experimental venture. We’ll be gathering feedback on how to sustain the momentum from this exciting start.
