Jazz in Buffalo: Exciting Summer Jazz Traditions Return

Memorial Day Marks the Return of Summer Jazz

Memorial Day is a time to remember our fallen heroes throughout the history of America, who gave their lives in sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy today. Let’s all take a moment this weekend to honor those we’ve lost.

Each year, this weekend marks the return of beloved summer traditions, including newer traditions in jazz that have evolved over the past few years. We start with the popular JazzMondays on the Tappo Rooftop Patio, a community-based effort that has brought exciting life and music downtown on summer Mondays.

It is amazing how time flies! We are about to return for JazzBuffalo’s JazzMondays on Tappo Rooftop Patio featuring My Cousin Toné on Memorial Day, May 27th! We’ll be on the rooftop patio every Monday through Labor Day from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. A community-based initiative that has made Downtown on Mondays the place to be!
