A Remarkable Night of Jazz and Community at The Richardson Hotel Buffalo
The inaugural Jazz at Richardson “Lounge Series” concert featuring Nany Kelly and an incredible band consisting of Dino Losito on organ, Carmen Intorre, Jr. on drums, and Jerry Weldon on saxophone was truly unforgettable!
A truly remarkable evening for the jazz community!
Thank you to everyone who attended and made it a special evening. Your support is invaluable as we work together to create a vibrant jazz community in Buffalo.
Special thanks to The Richardson Hotel Buffalo (a great staff of people last night and a special thanks to Erin Orr!) and Douglas Development Corporation for their incredible partnership as we make strides in creating a Jazz Center for Buffalo.
And thanks to JazzBuffalo sound master, Mark Percy, for producing the magic of sound last night!
A wonderful comment from Nancy Kelly:
“When it’s right its right..and tight The right venue, the right sound, and my favorite guys. I know what it was like to stand on this stage, I can only imagine what it felt like to experience this as a member of the very astute jazz-listening crowd. Many thanks to JazzBuffalo for creating this magical evening.”
We look forward to more nights like this, celebrating jazz and our community in our city!
If you were there, please do comment!
