Following an overwhelming response from the community during its debut season in 2024, Art Meets Jazz is back with another inspiring lineup for Winter/Spring 2025! This unique and captivating series continues to celebrate the beautiful intersection of visual art and live jazz, creating unforgettable cultural experiences in downtown Buffalo.
Hosted at the elegant Hunt Art Gallery and Beebe’s at the Gallery, in the beautiful and historic Brisbane Building, attendees will once again be treated to intimate performances while enjoying stunning artwork, signature drinks from the connecting bar, and delectable offerings from Oralia Traditional Mexican Cuisine. Plus, the renovated Brisbane Lobby will provide a breathtaking backdrop, showcasing art and culture at its finest.
2025 Lineup:
- March 19: Wendell Rivera Latin Jazz Trio with special guests Lisa Hasselback and Nelson Rivera — The masterful Latin percussionist brings vibrant Latin rhythms and unforgettable energy.
- April 16: An intimate evening with jazz vocalist Carolyn Lansom — Elegant jazz vocals paired with sophisticated musicianship.
- May 21: A special homecoming performance by renowned classical and jazz guitarist Lenny Ranallo with special guest pianist Yolanda Tapia. An extraordinary artist whose return to Buffalo is highly anticipated.
- June 18: Acclaimed Jazz vocalist Ann Mitchell Sings a Tribute to Peggy Lee
