Celebrating music, community, and the renewal of downtown Buffalo—together.
This Sunday, we come together for the 4th Annual Buffalo Jazz Festival—a celebration that has quickly become more than just a music festival event. It’s about community, renewal, and the spirit of a city that believes in the power of the arts to bring us together. To see Ellicott Street closed off and filled with people enjoying great jazz, food, and friendship is a vision of what a vibrant downtown can be.
We are especially grateful to those who stepped forward to ensure this year’s festival could happen. Visionaries like Rocco Termini and our friends at Tappo Restaurant, as well as advocates in the media and local government, understood the importance of keeping this tradition alive for Buffalo. Their support reflects a shared belief that jazz—and music at large—can help shape the revitalization of our city. This festival is our gift back to the community, and we look forward to celebrating with you all on Sunday.
With gratitude,
Tony Zambito
