Evolving Jazz In Buffalo
One of the beautiful things about jazz is how it grows through connection. Musicians come together, sounds evolve, and communities are drawn in. Lately, we’ve been experiencing that same kind of magic here in Buffalo through new partnerships—with arts institutions, theaters, restaurants, and businesses—all working toward the shared goal of creating memorable experiences for audiences and helping spark a renewal in our downtown.
At JazzBuffalo and ArtsBuffalo, it’s been heartening to see how these alliances bring people together in ways that feel both fresh and meaningful. Whether it’s a festival, a concert, or a celebration on Ellicott Street, the joy is undeniable. We’re deeply appreciative of your participation in these moments—it’s your presence and support that help keep the music alive and our community thriving.
And the story continues—we have more exciting opportunities ahead to gather, celebrate, and be part of this spirit of renewal. I hope you’ll join us in the weeks to come as we keep building something special together in Buffalo.
With gratitude,
Tony Zambito
Executive Director, JazzBuffalo
