Jazz Is Joy and Togetherness During Holidays
As Christmas Time Is Here drifts through the air, it’s a moment to pause, reflect, and offer sincere gratitude. This season reminds us that jazz—like the holidays—is ultimately about joy and togetherness: gathering around music, sharing moments, and feeling connected to something larger than ourselves. As we close out another remarkable year, we are deeply thankful for the continued support, enthusiasm, and belief you bring to JazzBuffalo and to our growing jazz community.
With that spirit in mind, we invite you to take part in a tradition that truly belongs to all of us—the 11th Annual JazzBuffalo Poll. It begins with the nominations survey, where you help shape the story of jazz in Buffalo by recognizing the artists, venues, and moments that mattered most this year. Your voice is essential, and your participation strengthens the very fabric of our jazz community. Thank you for being part of it—and for helping carry this music, and our city, forward.
With gratitude,
Tony Zambito
Executive Director, JazzBuffalo
