An Intimate Evening of Jazz, Art, and Community in the Heart of Downtown Buffalo
JazzBuffalo is pleased to present the next installment of Art Meets Jazz, featuring acclaimed vocalist DeeAnn DiMeo, on Wednesday, April 15—offering another uniquely engaging downtown Buffalo experience.
Blending the visual and performing arts, Art Meets Jazz creates an atmosphere where music, creativity, and community come together in a meaningful way. Set within the beautifully reimagined Beebe’s on the Square—part of the ongoing renewal of the historic Brisbane Building—the evening invites guests to experience live jazz surrounded by art in an intimate and inspiring setting. Complementing the experience, Beebe’s now offers a refreshed menu and enhanced service, adding another layer to an already inviting and thoughtfully curated environment.
DeeAnn DiMeo brings a distinctive voice and expressive style to the evening, known for her ability to connect deeply with audiences through both classic jazz repertoire and contemporary interpretations. With a warm, nuanced vocal approach and a natural sense of storytelling, she draws listeners into the heart of each song—creating a performance that feels both personal and immediate, and perfectly suited for the intimate setting of Art Meets Jazz.
What makes this event truly unique is its ability to blur the lines between audience and experience. It’s not simply a performance—it’s an opportunity to be present in a space where art, music, and community intersect in real time.
Beyond the experience itself, Art Meets Jazz plays an important role in the continued revitalization of downtown Buffalo. By activating spaces like Beebe’s on the Square and contributing to the renewed energy of the Brisbane Building, these gatherings help foster a sense of place and connection that benefits the entire region.
JazzBuffalo is proud to be part of this ongoing effort, aligned with the mission of ArtsBuffalo to support artists, strengthen the cultural fabric of our community, and create momentum for downtown renewal.
