SUNDAY, JULY 16, AND SUNDAY, AUGUST 6!!

As a community, we cherish the fond memories of coming together at Richardson-Olmsted Park during the pandemic’s challenging times. JazzBuffalo is thrilled to announce two special concerts on the south lawn of this iconic cultural asset of Buffalo, thanks to the generous sponsorship of the newly opened @richardsonhotelbuffalo / The Richardson Hotel Buffalo and the Douglas Development Corporation.

Join us on Sunday, July 9th at 2 pm to witness the remarkable talents of Lindsey Holland Unit’s next-generation performers hailing from our region such as Lindsey Holland, John Troy, Jared Tinkham, Harry Graser, Ed Croft, and Alec Dube.

Join us on Sunday, August 6th at 2 pm for the captivating performance of Wendell Rivera Latin Jazz Ensemble, consistently voted as the top Latin Jazz Band in the JazzBuffalo Poll for the region – and for 8 straight years!  Wendell Rivera will be joined by an ensemble of top musicians.  Featured are Lisa Hasselback-piano, Mark Harris-Bass, Hansel Herrera-Trumpet, Calvin Rice-Trumpet, Joey Gonzalez-Drums, and Wendell Rivera-Congas.
