Join us for the 100 year anniversary of the West Falls dance on June 23rd at 7pm featuring the Anderson Big Band!!
Bring your dancing shoes and come help us celebrate 100 years of West Falls!
Beginning in the late 1950’s Robert Carrow founded and led a big band that was a pillar in the WNY music scene, The Quakertones. In 2014 he generously and graciously handed the leadership of the band and its library to John and Laura Anderson. He asked only that they continue the big band legacy which he had begun and kept alive.
Today the Anderson Big Band carries on this rich tradition. Building on the foundation of the immense library inherited, they have expanded our repertoire to include many modern big band, horn band and vocal charts.
This band is made up of the finest Western New York musicians, dedicated to play every style of music as authentically as possible.
Indoors is a bar with beer, wine and cider and a small concession with house made pizza, snack, soda and coffee.
