Art Meets Jazz: George Kane Trio

Three of Buffalo’s very best come together for an evening that perfectly embodies the spirit of Art Meets Jazz.

Guitarist George Kane and trumpeter Tim Clarke have long stood at the top of Buffalo’s jazz landscape—consistently recognized as favorites in the annual JazzBuffalo Poll and respected for representing the very best of our city’s jazz artistry. Individually, they are masterful musicians. Together, they create a musical conversation that is lyrical, swinging, and deeply engaging.  They will be joined by bassist Wayne Moose – one of Buffalo’s most respected bassists in jazz.

For this special night, Kane, Clarke, and Moose will showcase their immense talents through classic jazz tunes and beloved standards, bringing melody, nuance, and spontaneity to the forefront. It’s jazz at its most intimate—where every note matters and every phrase tells a story.

Set within the inspiring surroundings of the Hunt Art Gallery and Beebe’s on the Square, this is an experience you simply can’t replicate anywhere else. Surrounded by incredible art, you’ll feel the connection between music, space, and community that defines Art Meets Jazz.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear three of Buffalo’s finest in an up-close, memorable evening of jazz.
