Bossanova Night with the Wazmopolitans

Wazmopolitans were in transition during the pandemic , so I took the time to think through how we could follow up on the goodness we achieved preceding Covid ~19, and came up w/the idea of a studio recording of some Bossanova classics it will be available @ our show on May 19. It sounds soooooo good and just in time for what the soul needs w/Summer right around the corner. As you could feel from our sold~out performance this past March 4 @ Pausa (thank you ) the new line~up likes going the extra mile and taking chances so we can now proceed in bringing new energy to you w/our explorations and interpretations of Bossanova classics & beyond… thanks for the encouragement. We have an added surprise special guest joining us @ Pausa on Thursday May 19 that you won’t want to miss! Added to the line~up for the evening’s performance will be guitarist extraordinaire Greg Millar! A true gentleman and stellar musician, Greg is a Jazz legend ~ google him and you’ll see why for yourself! The recording also features him, so you’ll be able to take a piece of us home w/you after the performance. Lots of music being featured from the George Gershwin of Brazil Antonio Carlos Jobim, along w/some other Bossanova classics and tunes w/an upbeat, funky Latin vibe.We look to a great night w/you all, bringing joy to our friends, family and fellow musicians & sharing the pleasures of music, food and libation.
