Brendan Lanighan Octet

After earning a degree in Jazz and Contemporary Media from the Eastman School of Music, trombonist Brendan Lanighan, is currently completing his second year of a Masters in Jazz Studies at Juilliard. While at Juilliard, Brendan has quickly established himself as one of the top trombonists in NYC. Among many accolades, he was featured on an album and concerts at Dizzy’s Club Coca Cola with Wycliffe Gordon. For this concert, we will present a set of Lanighan’s original arrangements and compositions for jazz octet.
