Chico Freeman Exotica Virtual Concert on International Jazz Day

From Switzerland and Sweden, Chico Freeman Exotica blends and melds and stretches beyond jazz into music like no other.
One travels thru life searching for like-minded and like-spirited companions to accompany them on their journeys. As musicians, these encounters are extremely important in the creation of music and art. With this project “Exotica”, Chico Freeman (US/Switzerland) on saxophones, Svante Henryson (Sweden) on cello and Reto Weber (Switzerland) on exotic percussion continue their journey on International Jazz Day via Chico’s FB page at 2PM EDT April 30.
