Spread some love and bring them to the Botanical Gardens for a unique, tropical dinner adventure through the conservatory for a Valentine’s Day experience that you won’t get anywhere else in Buffalo. Eat and drink your way through the Botanical Gardens with a progressive four-course meal filled with live music, exotic plants, and twinkling lights under the grand glass conservatory. Courses in the Conservatory is a perfect all-in-one choice for an elegant, romantic night under our glass palace with that special someone. Remember to dress to impress!
Begin your evening with a selection of passed seasonal appetizers and cocktails right beside our magnificent indoor waterfall and koi pond, as you make your way through the greenhouses you will also be able to enjoy the Gardens After Dark: Enchanted Winter Escape experience. For those unfamiliar with the Gardens After Dark series, you will be amazed by the incredible colorful light installations throughout the entire conservatory to enhance and showcase our mesmerizing plant collection from all around the world.
Make your way into Greenhouse 10 for an intimate jazz show brought to you by JazzBuffalo, and Dinner by Salvatores Hospitality. As your evening comes to a close stop in our Panama Cloud Room and under twinkling lights grab a glass of bubbles to toast with your special guest, then continue onto our Main Palm Dome to finish off the night with a sweet treat under the grand glass dome.
Please arrive at the main Front Entrance of the Botanical Gardens.
Course 1 in the Aquatic Garden: Enjoy a selection of two passed appetizers and an open bar to get your night started in our relaxing Aquatic Garden which features an impressive 35-foot waterfall that flows into a beautiful koi pond.
Course 2 and Live Music in the Event Space: Next you’ll travel through our desert greenhouse, medicinal plant greenhouse, begonia greenhouse, orchid greenhouse, and seasonal greenhouse. Once you reach the Event Space in house 10, you’ll be greeted and seated to enjoy a refreshing salad and fresh bread where your main course awaits. Enjoy the jazzy and intimate musical stylings of talented musicians from JazzBuffalo. Two of the region’s best, George Kane on guitar and Wayne Moose on upright bass.
Course 3 and Live Music in the Event Space: No need to move your seat just yet! As you continue to enjoy live jazz music, your main course will arrive with a dual entree of Chicken and Chateaubriand with potatoes and a vegetable selection. This dining experience under the greenhouse glass and moody lights make for a relaxing, intimate, and romantic environment that you won’t get anywhere else in Buffalo.
Champagne Toast in the Panama Cloud Rainforest: After filling up on your main course, be sure to save some room as you make your way into our incredible Panama Cloud Rainforest for a glass of champagne. Make a toast with your special someone amongst the romantic twinkling lights of the greenhouse.
Dessert Selection in the Main Palm Dome:As you sip your bubbly continue on to our Main Palm Dome and end the evening with a selection of sweets under the grand glass dome. Be sure to enjoy the beautiful art exhibition, Songs of Nature’s Echo, by Kaleigh Day in the Arcangel Gallery in the center of the conservatory. You’ll also find the restrooms in this area.
