Courses in the Conservatory at Buffalo Botanical Gardens with Jazz!

Eat and drink your way through the Botanical Gardens with a four-course, locally sourced meal prepared by Salvatore’s Hospitality in celebration of summer and the harvest season for an upscale farm-to-table dining experience you won’t find anywhere else!

Begin your evening with a selection of seasonal passed appetizers and cocktails beside our magnificent indoor waterfall and then enter our newly renovated outdoor courtyard for your main course. Enjoy a family-style meal at sunset accompanied by live music from JazzBuffalo.

After you finish your meal, grab a glass of bubbles to toast to a beautiful summer evening. Then, enjoy a sweet treat in our Main Palm Dome at twilight. Scroll below for more details!

Course 1 in the Aquatic Garden: Enjoy a selection of passed appetizers and an open bar to get your night started in our relaxing Aquatic Garden which features an impressive 35 foot waterfall that flows into a beautiful koi pond.

Courses 2 & 3 with Live Music in the Courtyard: Next you’ll travel through our desert greenhouse, bonsai greenhouse, begonia greenhouse, carnivorous greenhouse, and orchid greenhouse. Once you reach the courtyard, you’ll be greeted and seated to enjoy a refreshing salad and fresh bread where your main course awaits. Enjoy the jazzy and intimate musical stylings of talented musicians from JazzBuffalo.
