Ed Croft’s “Tidings of Comfort & Jazz”

Ed Croft brings an all-star trio to perform a jazz-inspired evening of seasonal music at the Taylor Theater on Saturday, December 1. “Tidings of Comfort & Jazz” is the final concert in the 2018 Jazz Series, which has featured musicians and recording artists respected on a national level. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Taylor Theater, a converted carriage house on the Center’s campus, providing an intimate, club-like atmosphere. The concert will feature two full sets of music, with refreshments available.

For this special evening, the multi-award winning Croft returns to the Taylor, having assembled a stellar trio comprised of Nelson Rivera on saxophone and drummer Joe Moretti. The music will feature jazz interpretations of holiday favorites, seasonal standards and some surprise twists to kick off the festive season.
