Jay Sharp-tet at Seneca One!

The Jay/Sharp-tet performs a collection of original compositions and arrangements of jazz standards. Past performances include the Queen City Jazz Festival, the Northwest Jazz Festival, the Nietzsche’s Jazz Festival, Babeville’s 9th Ward, and Pausa Art House. Inspired by ensembles such as the great Miles Davis Quintets the group strives to approach every tune with a unique interpretation.  Releasing a CD in 2021 that codes their special sound.  They also have become well-known for their special Chet Baker sings presentations.
