The talented Maria Sebastian performs an extensive repertoire of music from the American Songbook, including hits by Peggy Lee, Doris Day, Patsy Cline, Julie London, and more, as well as modern-day jazz-pop vocalists. It promises to be a time of unforgettable classic tunes sung by one of the region’s most versatile performers. Maria’s recent induction into the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame (2021) adds to the excitement of the event, where she will be joined by two fellow Hall of Fame inductees: Nelson Starr on piano and Frank Grizanti on guitar. Each brings a rich history of performing hall-of-fame music to the stage.

Maria Sebastian is widely recognized for her versatility. With a track record of opening for numerous national acts across various genres and collaborating with their members, she has garnered 12 Buffalo / Nightlife Music Awards, a People’s Choice Award, and a Buffalo Spree Album of the Year Award for Yellow Envelope in 2009, among other accolades. Maria’s musical achievements extend beyond the stage, with her work featured in television and film productions such as 3 lbs. and Melrose Place. She has also toured extensively, including performances with 10,000 Maniacs in 2011. Maria’s talent as a songwriter and performer has earned her critical acclaim and a loyal fan base.

    1. Not at all. It is free and located on the Richardson-Olmsted Campus Park. Bring lawn chairs and etc and enjoy!
