Alex is a dynamic singer/songwriter & actress based in Buffalo, NY.
Winner in the JazzBuffalo Poll for Female Jazz Vocalist of the Year in 2018 & 2021, she has led her own jazz & pop groups since 2016.
Alex studied musical theatre & music at the University at Buffalo while studying vocal jazz & improvisation independently, all aiding the creation of her unique, soulful sound.
Alex & her group(s) of multiple genres can be regularly found at various venues, festivals, & events in the Western New York area. When not performing under her own name, she can be found as a featured guest for a variety of jazz, pop, blues, funk, & classical performances/groups in the area.
She is a vocalist & master of ceremonies for weddings & private/corporate events with The Silver Arrow Band, & keeps herself busy within the theatre & choral communities of Buffalo (Starring Buffalo, Musicalfare Theatre, Vocalis Chamber Choir).
