I feel so empty. Chris and I met at a performance at University of Iowa, I came in from Denver working with Tommy Bolin. I am saddened by the passing of many of my fellow artists. It was initially at Denver’s, Ebbets Field. A blizzard swung it wave of snow. We were stuck at the club. Chuck, Byron Berline,, Pianist for Janis Joplin. We played. I learned!!
