Kristen Smigielski Combo

Kristen Smigielski is a vocalist currently based in Buffalo, NY. She sings a diverse range of music, from Jazz and Pop, to Classical and Contemporary. Kristen completed her Master of Music in Voice Performance from the University at Buffalo. She is a member of the JazzBuffalo Advisory Council, and currently performs in many local bands, as well as her own Jazz combo.
The Kristen Smigielski Combo features Kristen Smigielski on vocals, Donny Frauenhofer on keys, Ian Adelstein on guitar, Avery Weissman on bass, and John Smigielski on drums. Together, they have performed at many events, venues, and festivals across New York State, including Buffalo Botanical Gardens, Buffalo Iron Works, Buffalo RiverWorks, The Burchfield Penney Art Center, Carnegie Art Center, The Cass Project, D’Avolio’s, The Irishman, Mambrino King, Mangia Ristorante & Caffe, Merge, Milo’s, Nietzsche’s, Patina 250, Pausa Art House, The Roycroft Inn, The Terrace at Delaware Park, Wine on Hertel, 700 Bistro & Cafe, and many more. In addition, the Kristen Smigielski combo has played during Allentown First Fridays, East Aurora Music Fest, East Aurora Street Festival, Music is Art Festival, and the Northwest Jazz Festival. In addition, they also volunteer their musical talents at Oshei Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, and Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
