Musicians of Buffalo Big Band Latin Jazz Night with Wendell Rivera

The powerhouse Musicians of Buffalo Big band takes the stage for their monthly concert at Sportsmen’s Tavern on Amherst Street, this month featuring legends Wendell Rivera and Juan Betancourt with the 17-piece big band. It will be a night of Latin jazz with original music, great Latin classic numbers, all arranged by bandleader, Phil Sims.

Katy Miner will also pitch in with some great Latin-styled vocals. On this night, the ensemble will be 19-strong! Come hear the swingingest, roaringest big band for hundreds of miles around, the Musicians of Buffalo Big Band, with guest stars Wendell Rivera and Juan Betancourt.
