I lived in New Orleans for 7 years and love the city as much as I love my home town of Buffalo. We will be preparing a menu inspired by some of my favorite dishes from my favorite restaurants in NOLA alongside Chef Anthony Vitello. Cuvee Imports will be pairing delicious French wines with each dish while The Skiffle Minstrels dish out some Big Easy Jazz.
