Svetlana and her New York Collective are one of New York’s most beloved bands known for their signature swing and straight-ahead jazz-inspired sound, foot–stomping groove, heart-gripping song-writing, and exciting stage presence. Svetlana and her band have released a chart-topping Night at the Movies (debuted #1 on the US Billboard Traditional Jazz Album Charts / #2 on Jazz Album Charts) in 2019 and have headlined sold-out shows in premier US venues and abroad taking audiences on a carnival of sound, from sophisticated and rowdy foot-stomping dance party. Svetlana’s band features Miami native Willerm Delisfort (piano), Detroit’s own Henry Conerway (drums) – as well as Frost School of Music’s Chuck Bergeron (bass). Svetlana is thrilled to present a collection of songs on her new chart topping album, Night At The Movies. It allows the audience to relive artistic renditions of favorite silver screen classics, from the 1930s – to today.
