What Would Mingus Do? @ WEDI Winterfest 2020

Friday, February 7, 2020 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

The Westminster Economic Development Initiative works to improve life for economically disadvantaged people, focusing on Buffalo’s West Side, via after-school tutoring, small business mentoring, micro loans, and more. If you’ve ever visited the *glorious* West Side Bazaar on Grant Street, you’ve seen WEDI in action, helping small local businesses get up and running.

WEDI Winterfest is a fundraising event in support of their fine efforts, held in the gorgeous Atrium at Rich Products. There’s great authentic ethnic cuisine from the West Side Bazaar, a silent and live auction and, mainly, really wonderful people who are doing something real to make Buffalo a better place to live. It’s a cool and worthy event, featuring original jazz by award-winning What Would Mingus Do?
